Woven deer fence Ursus®  Cyclone is made of high tensile wires and a unique tight lock knot for strength and fast installation.

WIRES

Line wires are spaced for different stock types to provide maximum strength and security at the most needed points of contact. They are continuous in length and made from high tensile wire.

The stay wires (vertical) are continuous in length. They combine with the knots and tension curves to create overall rigidity and elasticity. The impact load will spread and dissipate over the full woven deer fence height and for some distance on either side. The way wires are standard available at 150 mm or 300 mm spacing.

SPECIFICATIONS

Wire diameters & tensile strength of the woven deer fence Ursus Cyclone are:

• Line & selvedge wire: 2.50 mm / high tensile (appr. 1 300N/mm²)
• Stay wire: 2.50 mm / medium tensile (appr. 800 N/mm²)
• Stay wire: 2.50 mm / medium tensile (appr. 800 N/mm²)

Rolls have also the following specifications:

• Spacing between stay wire: Standard 150 & 300 mm
• Crimp: deep tension crimp in each mesh
• Standard roll length: 100 m
  
  

COATING TECHNIQUE

In-house made Trigalv wires (heavy galvanized, min 270 g/m²). This results in a superiour corrosion resistance, more than 3 times better than ordinary galvanised wires.
