THE NYLOFOR 3D PANEL

Two widths :

• 2500 mm in 3D+ and 3D Extreme
• 3000 mm in 3D XL only

Heights :

• from 630 mm to 2430 mm for 2500 mm widths
• from 1030 mm to 2430 mm in width 3000 mm

30 mm spikes on one side of the panels.

Can be installed with the spikes on the top or bottom.

Mesh size : 200 x 50 mm (folds : 100 x 50 mm).

Wire diameter: 5 mm

GUARANTEE 5 OR 10 YEARS

The Betafence guarantee will depend on the location of your fence and the model chosen:

• Classification C1 to C3 - You are more than 3 km from a salty or aggressive environment: the 3D+, 3D XL or 3D Extreme, panel will be guaranteed for 10 years.
• Classification C4 - You are between 1 and 3 km from a salty or aggressive environment: the Nylofor 3D+ will gives a 5-year guarantee, while the Nylofor 3D Extreme offers a 10-year guarantee.
• Classification C5 - If you are less than 1 km from a salty or aggressive environment: only the Nylofor 3D Extreme gives a 10-year guarantee.

PANELS

The Nylofor 3D panels have a width of 2500 mm in standard version and 3000 mm for the XL model. The height range is from 630 to 2430 mm.

The panels have vertical barbs of 30 mm on one side and are reversible (barbs at the top or at the bottom).

Mesh sizes of Nylofor 3D are 200 x 50 mm, and 100 x 50 mm for the beam sections.

The heavy wires, with a diameter of 5 mm guarantee an extraordinary level of rigidity.

RECOMMENDED POST FOR NYLOFOR 3D PANELS

1. Izifix Post   Lateral fixing of the Nylofor 3D in the Izifix post, without accessories. Perfect fixing of the curves of the panel in the post profile. The Izifix posts (75 x 50 mm) are covered with a plastic cap.
2. Bekafix   The 3d panels are fixed laterally onto the posts and secured with anti-vandal metal security fixators. The H-shape welded tubular posts (70 x 44 mm) are galvanized. PES coated and supplied with a polyamide cap and accessories.
3. Bekafix Ultra   For medium to high-security applications: Bekafix Ultra posts are recommended. Same system as Bekafix standard post, but much stronger thanks to Magnelis steel. Welded tubular posts (70 x 44 mm) in H-shape with punched holes for positioning/fixing of the panels. Posts are provided with a plastic cap.
4. UniLox   The Universal Metal Fencing Post developed to fit all situations. Its universal installation method and compatibility with multiple panels will convince you.
5. Nylofor - Twilfix posts   The panels are fixed on the front side of the posts by means of fixators and security bolts.  The welded square tubular posts (60 x 60 mm) have inserts for fixing the panels and are covered with a plastic cap.
6. E-Lox   60x40mm, are typical for endless installation. They are covered on top with a hard plastic cap.

COATING TECHNIQUE AND COLORS

Nylofor 3D+:

Made from galvanised wire, the panels have an epoxy primer and a 140-micron polyester coating. Standard colours are available in RAL 6005, 7016, 9005 & 9010 with a 10-year guarantee for C1 to C3 environments and 5 Years Enhanced* for C4 environments. For non-standard colours, a 100-micron thick polyester coating is available with a 10-year guarantee for C1 to C3 environments.

Nylofor 3D XL:

Our Nylofor 3D XL panels are made from galvanised wire, then polyester-coated (100 microns) with a 10-year guarantee for C1 to C3 environments.

Nylofor 3D Extreme:

The wire for these panels is coated with a special zinc-aluminium alloy for high corrosion resistance. It is then coated with a 150-micron polyester layer with a 10-year guarantee for environments classified from C1 to C5.

Colours

Nylofor 3D+ is available in the standard colours Green RAL 6005, Grey RAL 7016, White RAL 9010 and Black RAL 9005. For other colours, please contact us.

Nylofor 3D XL is available in Green RAL 6005 and Black RAL 9005. Other colours available on request.

Nylofor Extreme is only available to order for all colours in the RAL range.
