The Nylofor® 2D twin wire panel is made out of heavy welded mesh with double horizontal wires. The ideal flat fence panel when demarcation and deterrent factors are key.

Rigidity - The Nylofor 2D panels are rigid due to the use of heavy welded mesh in conjunction with double horizontal twin wires.

High longevity - The coating technology of Betafence guarantees extra high longevity. After galvanizing an adhesion coating is applied for a perfect bond with the polyester coating of min. 100 micron.

Privacy infill option - Screeno Wave polypropylene privacy infill strips offer immediate and effective privacy.

Complete system - The Nylofor 2D system includes panels in different mesh apertures and heights, posts with adapted fixation systems and a large range of mesh and gates. All components guarantee a fast and professional installation.

PANELS

The Nylofor 2D panels are made from heavy welded mesh, 2 500 mm width and a range of heights.

The panels are extremely rigid and secure due to the double horizontal wires.

The panels have vertical barbs of 30 mm height at one side, which can be installed at the top or at the bottom of the fence.

The standard mesh: 200 x 50 mm

Wire diameter: Horizontal: 2 x 6 mm - Vertical: 5 mm

RECOMMENDED POSTS FOR NYLOFOR 2D

1. D-Lox   The double bar panels are fixed on to the front side of the posts, they are first hung premounted metal clamps.
2. UniLox  The Universal Metal Fencing Post developed to fit all situations. Its universal installation method and compatibility with multiple panels will convince you.
3. O-lox   The double wire bar panels are fixed on to the front side of the posts, and post height goes up to 4 meters. Panels fixation can be done with a clamp bar or butterfly fixators.
4. Bekafix The double bar panels are fixed laterally onto the posts and secured with anti-vandal metal security fixators. The H-shape welded tubular posts (70 x 44 mm) are galvanized. PES coated and supplied with a polyamide cap and accessories.
5. Bekafix Ultra  For medium to high-security applications: Bekafix Ultra posts are recommended. Same system as Bekafix standard post, but much stronger thanks to Magnelis steel. Welded tubular posts (70 x 44 mm) in H-shape with punched holes for positioning/fixing of the panels. Posts are provided with a plastic cap.
6. Nylofor - Twilfix posts  The double bar panels are fixed on the front side of the posts by means of fixators and security bolts.  The welded square tubular posts (60 x 60 mm) have inserts for fixing the panels and are covered with a plastic cap.
7. U-Lox Posts  Nylofor 2D panels can be fixed to the U-lox post with two different systems of fixation: - positioned on the front of post, with stainless stell u-Collet - Positioned on each site of the post with a metal collet
8. Izifix Post  Lateral fixing of the Nylofor 2D in the Izifix post, without accessories. Perfect fixing of the curves of the panel in the post profile. The Izifix posts (75 x 50 mm) are covered with a plastic cap.

COATING TECHNIQUE AND COLORS

The double bar panels are made out of galvanized wires. An adhesion coating is given for a perfect adhesion with the polyester coating (min. 100 microns).
