Betafence has developed three types of fencing specific for forestry and highways: Ursus® AS Light, AS Medium and AS Super.

URSUS AS LIGHT - COATING TRIGALV
A low weight but high strength fence. With the smaller mesh apertures at ground level, it's effective for small many animals.
- Line wire: Ø 1.60 mm - 1100/1300 N/mm²
- Stay wire: Ø 1.60 mm - 400/550 N/mm²
- Selvedge wire: Ø 2.00 mm - 1200/1400 N/mm²
URSUS AS MEDIUM - COATING TRIGALV
Thick wire but high efficiency. A wide range of sizes to suit all applications.
- Line wire: Ø 2.00 mm - 1200/1400 N/mm²
- Stay wire: Ø 1.90 mm - 400/550 N/mm²
- Selvedge wire: Ø 2.50 mm - 1150/1350 N/mm²
URSUS AS SUPER - COATING TRIGALV
Heavy wires combine with a Trigalv coating to give maximum performance.
- Line wire: Ø 2.50 mm - 1150/1350 N/mm²
- Stay wire: Ø 2.50 mm - 400/550 N/mm²
- Selvedge wire: Ø 3.00 mm - 1050/1250 N/mm²
